I took the day off and went to Siglufjordur early on the school bus, it was quite different to Olafsfjordur, bigger, more of a town,with a bakery that served food, a bigger harbour, obviously a place that attracts tourists in the summer as it had some cafe's and restaurants - not open now though.
It is surrounded by some very high mountains. I'm not going to talk about the place though I'm just going to show you some of the pictures I took.

A lovely thing
One of the Artists spent two evenings at our house baking a surprise special chocolate cake for his girlfriend. It was very special because now they are engaged.
